Making a claim

Should you need to make a claim on your policy, you should notify us, or the insurer, as soon as possible using the contact details provided below. More information about claiming on your policy can be found within your policy wording which can be found via your online account.

When you notify your claim to us, we will issue a claim form and/or request further information regarding the circumstances of your claim.  We will then confirm the next steps in the claims process.

Please note that your claim may be handled by the insurer, HCC International Insurance Company plc, or another organisation on their behalf.  Where this is the case, we will provide details of your claim to the insurer and will let you know the name and contact details for the claim handler responsible for your claim.

Whilst your claim may be handled by the insurer, or their appointed administrator, you may contact us at any point during the claims process if you have any queries that you wish to discuss with us.
